Yeah So today after much deliberation i got my new guitar… and its sexy its a ibanez afs 75t.
Also my dad and sisters went on holiday… without me so i have a week home alone please all come over and make sure im not lonely!
Hmm what a long day… suffice to say i’ll sleep tonight (for work tomo… ffs… can i borrow your glasses)
Yeah anyway was up at 9am… (its good ive been getting up at good times all week) went to Cesca’s and helped her do some painting… then we went to meet Coal in town and pottered around the arndale, aflex, maplin, Forbidden planet and probs loads more i cant remember lol. I got a amp lead (Johnny roadhouse… knew i forgot one) and then we all pu tmoney and got walkie talkies… highly rare but they were cheap and fun… then cesca tried stealing hot choclate from a lovely cafe that played borat music… then we went for a speedy pint before going to see babel at the cornerhouse.
At this point i’d like to advise you all to go to the cornerhouse its just such a classic cinema experience and i haven tbeen in ages. (Babel review below).
Anyway so im writing this with my new walkie talkie on… and i hear this murmor… cesca? nah thats well out of range… shes gone walkies and came mine!… switches back to present tense. Yeah she came mine for like 10 mins and went home aww bless her.
And now i complete the blog for today… a pic you say hmmm i think this should be suffecient.
Yeah anyway so this film….
Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett and some other real competent actors in this… all over it was a good film its based like alot of other multi linear storylines 4 different storys that by the end come into one story with there little links becoming apparent.
Don’t want to get into the story, it will spoil the film as its really hard to watch sometimes but definitly worth watching.
Good direction strong cinematography some strange editing and some top quality acting definitly one worth seeing.
(Shitty review i know… but getting into the stroy would well spoil the ambience if went to see it, or is it just because i cba… well i wouldnt be typing this then… am i over complicating things again? *watches ze*)
Weee got paid today which is always lovely and erm muchas randomness.
*Dyed my hair (well cesca did) and its lovely and black and ah hell lemme just upload a piccy! Thankyou Firetop Franny for doing such a excellent job!
*New mouse came weee only took 2 days to arrive im well chuffed cos its reet snazzy and quoting my dads girlfriend annie “ooo shiny”
This is why…
Got up at 5:30 am for fire training at work got the bus at about 6:50 am and got into work around 7:30 thinking the fire training was at 8am when it was actually at 8:30…. ag
Finished the stupid training and got home for about 10am… wanted to get to sleep but i drank so much coffee/coke/lucazade on the way in so i wouldnt fall asleep on the bus tht i couldnt sleep.
Made some dins… watched some tv… and then started to get ready for work… again. Left about 4:30pm and fell asleep on the bus (after the caffiene had finally left my system (ennoying) and started work at 6pm.
At this point you now have to remember that rocky 6 came out on friday and that i work at the biggest cinema in the north west… wasnt nice. Finished around 12 got home for about 1:30 am and wasin bed by 2:30. Just a really horrible day.
Did take a nice pic of the sun rising at the bus stop though.
*Breathes* lol busy week yeah so Cesca and Jim stayed at mine so me and jim walked Cesca to work and went and bought ingrediants for this good stew we ended up making… IT WAS WINDY and scary lol (not the stew!).
Yeah just chilled today went mooching around chorlton and jim bought errr errrrrrrr special missions… retro expansion for metal gear solid.
Yeah Then we went back to jims and just chilled.
Yeah was planning to go trafford centre to do film and laser quest and arcade with Coal Jim Cesca and the elusive Hayley (we didnt think she existed until today ^^).
Anyways yeah got in and my friggen work didnt have any 2007 comp cards which means no free cinemaness so we thought we would do lq then arcade…. well got all my leet skills back from when me tan and anthony used to go and scored 919 (top scorer) and then totally pwned the guy who worked there lol. MUCH FUN.
Yeah then arcade, made loads of tickets and traded them in for a keyring and random sugary things. Bowling and pool in the trafford centre = expensive - air hockey a funner alternative.
Yeps then we went back to cescas got scene it (Hayley went home) got food and played scene it (tis a random film game) and then Cesca and Jim bummed it at mine.
In all the exitement i didnt take pics! sucks doesnt it… ah well!
Went to see Glorious Man City wolop sheffield wednesday with a 2 -1 win today top game… not much else to saym went with my dad (who bought me the ticket) and now we play southampton in the next round! Top Stuff!
Felt kinda hungover… Cesca stayed at mine so we went to moviebank because she had to fix that stupid machine again… which was exilerating for me as you can see from this vid and then we went hers and played many games before i konked out and snored on her bed… im just exiting like that!
But yeah felt kinda bad as it was Paul knowles leaving do and i didnt go (Sorry Paul!).
Anyway work tomo!
Yeah We all went out with Grace… was lovely not seen her in ages and she only lives around the corner… Yeah anyway twas me jim, matt. coal, cesca, rob and grace and was lovely we went Horse and Jockey (gotta love how names dont get proper caps but pubs do) erm Lloyds and Abode.
Abode = good… mainly because they sell all my favourite beers like duvel and leffe… so i basicly just sat there talking about awkward things drinking duvel out of this lovely brandy-like glass (which i stole promptly… naughty ry) and yeah was lots of fun.
Even made some vids… god the things i do for this blog eh and you fuckers don’t even comment…. i said comment!
